Common questions

Are there setup fees?

No. The monthly rate is all you pay — nothing upfront. We'll ask for a 3-month minimum commitment on Growth and Premium.

What if I need something outside my package?

Add-ons are available a la carte. Photo shoots are $600, additional video content is $350/video, extra clips are $25 each.

How do we communicate?

You'll have a dedicated Slack or email channel. We respond same business day — usually within 2 hours.

Can I change plans?

Yes, at any time. Upgrade immediately, downgrade at the start of your next billing month.
